Regarding scratches on the main unit, there are some that are only noticeable when light hits them, as shown in the photos. There are no other noticeable scratches on other parts. The mouthpiece has been disinfected, but please be aware of this if you are concerned about it. Regarding the accessories, the original adapter is missing, and I recommend purchasing a replacement.
