This is a dot-patterned flare skirt. It has three tucks in the front and back, and one on each side. It has a zipper (images 4 and 5). It is lined (image 6). It has not been worn, but the tag was cut off because it was purchased at an outlet shop (image 7). Because the tag is cut, the material is not exactly known, but I believe it is polyester.
