I believe this is from about 20 years ago. Each arm has REC (record) and PLAY (playback) buttons. It worked back then, but it doesn't work now, possibly because the batteries are dead. Opening the Velcro on the back seems to allow you to change the batteries (see photo 6), but I haven't tried it. I plan to ship via Yu-Packet Plus, so I will pack it to fit within the thickness restrictions. Please understand this before purchasing.
