This is a blouse with a small floral pattern from Bebe. The size is 80. It has a cream-colored base, slightly off-white, with a red floral pattern. There are ribbons on both wrists. There are no scratches or stains, but it has been used quite a bit. I think it would be fine to wear it under a jumper skirt. The name is written on the tag, so I will cover it up.
