Made in 1999. The 1998 regular model is STY 84098 F8, but this is the 1999 model STY 10679 F9. There is soiling on the neck, collar, and sleeves. There are small scratches on both sleeves. This is a personal inspection, so there may be other oversights, but I think the condition is good for something over 25 years old. Please consider only if you understand the rarity, vintage clothing, etc., and vintage items.
