This is a home hand shredder that shreds A4 size documents into 3x20mm pieces. Includes instruction manual. There are no noticeable scratches or malfunctions, so I believe it is fully functional, but there are some minor scratches. I removed as much paper as possible that was stuck inside, but I apologize if any remains. This is a used item. Please understand this before purchasing.
