Purchased over 30 years ago, worn a few times, and then stored at home. (It was men's, but I tried it on and decided.) It has firm shoulder pads. The size is marked as 06, so it's not entirely clear, but for women, it's around size 13. I believe it can still be actively worn by anyone, regardless of gender.
