This is an older Minolta 50mm macro lens with 1:1 magnification. It was purchased used, and includes a third-party front cap, a protector filter, and a rear cap. The exterior has moderate scratches, and there is some dust appropriate for its age, but I believe it doesn't affect the image quality. AF operation has been confirmed.
