The blades are for recreational use, so they're at the same level as rental skates at an ice rink, but they have been sharpened, so the edge condition is much better compared to rental skates. They come with the original Sunice plastic edge covers. These are old Sunice figure skates. They have Midori Ito's signature on them. They are FH-2000, so they are made of genuine leather and are a slightly better quality. There is no rust on the blades. There is a 235 stamp, so I believe they are 23.5cm. I usually wear 23.5cm shoes, and these fit perfectly. As a bonus, the right skate lights up with three colors that flash. It uses two CR2032 batteries. You can remove them and replace them when they run out. They are wrapped in plastic wrap for waterproofing. The switch contact is a little poor, but it turns on after a few on-off cycles.
