Everything is black. The patterned skirt has a rough surface. This item has been kept at home, unworn. The sweater has a cute neckline. The skirt is also high-waisted, and I used to be able to wear it. Both have been worn about three times. They have been stored at home. They're cute, but I can't wear them now.
