I bought this new from a used clothing store about 4 years ago. The material feels nice, like velvet? There's a small stain as shown in the third picture. It's cute with the zipper all the way up, making a high neck, and it's also cute with the zipper down, looking like a sailor collar. I think the original price was around 5000 yen.
