Lightweight spinning reel series from SHIMANO This is a used 19 Vanquish 4000XG. It was mainly used in brackish and saltwater environments. Please see below for the reel's specifications. Regarding the condition of the main body, there are a few scratches on the outside of the rotor in photo 6, but they do not affect its use. The reeling feel is the exceptional lightness unique to the 19 Vanquish, which cannot be achieved with other reels. There is no noise or stiffness during retrieve. Because I maintain it with genuine oil and grease after each use, it feels very smooth when reeling. Also, after use, I coat it with MTCW Infinity every few times, making it very resistant to dirt and scratches, and it also has a simple water repellent effect. As for the history of parts replacement, in 2024, the line roller (with bearing) and the body guard were replaced with new genuine parts. The PE line currently spooled is Varivas Jigging 10x10 X9 300m #1.5, which has been used about twice in offshore saltwater. Also, the PE line can be removed here upon request after purchase.
