Rag Mart raincoat, 110cm, with storage bag. Rain boots, 15cm, are included in the set. The raincoat has Velcro on the sleeves and back for adjustment. The hem is trimmed with reflective tape. The rain boots have been worn a lot, so there is some light soiling overall. Both items have been washed thoroughly and dried, but the light soiling on the rain boots did not come off.
