This rice cooker has been a workhorse in our home for 7 years, but the inner pot has become damaged. While it can still function, we've decided to retire it as our main rice cooker. Because it's a cast iron model, the rice tastes better than rice cooked in a cheap rice cooker, and I personally felt the difference.
