Thank you for viewing. This is a BdeR rain boot (wellie boots), size 18cm. The height of the boots from the bottom of the heel is approximately 14cm. However, please allow for some error as this is amateur measurement. I don't think there are any noticeable stains on the outside, but there is some remaining dirt on the insole even after washing.
