I believe it's usable, but as you can see in the first photo, there's a crack in the upper right corner of the stand. It has been filled, so it's less likely to wear down and is easy to maintain. I've cleaned it to remove dirt, but it's an old stand, so it's less prone to warping. Even with new ones, the blade can rust if it's old, and in severe cases, it can seize up and the blade won't come out. This one also had some rust, so I've removed the dirt and wiped it with oil, so please rest assured about that. Please refrain from price negotiations, except for bulk purchases.
