I've created a truly tiny patchwork quilt by combining a sophisticated salmon-colored floral fabric with a cute mimosa fabric. The quilting is also floral, done with a sewing machine. The core uses a slightly thin polyester quilt batting, so I think it will be stable even if you put a vase or something on top of it. This is a machine quilt. It's a simple mini quilt, so you can put it on a small shelf, use it as a dust cover, as a table center, or of course, hang it on the wall.
