One bottle of lotion and the beauty gel are new and unused. One bottle of lotion appears to have been used 1-2 times, judging by the weight. I bought these for my child, but they didn't want to use them, perhaps because they had a preferred brand. Please understand that there may be some scratches on the packaging due to home storage.
