This is a Hon-Forged Gin-san Gyuto (chef's knife). I've used it two or three times, but it doesn't suit me, so I'm selling it. The blade has been sharpened, so it's sharper than when it was new. There are a few scratches, so I've lowered the price, but there are no problems with its use.
