The water in the tank is heated to 65°C while circulating, then passes through the heater to the outlet. The hot water coming out of the outlet is around 95°C, reaching an appropriate temperature of around 93°C within the dripper. The coffee grounds are steamed with hot water for about 30 seconds, followed by dripping for about 3 minutes. ＊ 21-Hole Extraction Outlet The 21-hole outlet gently pours water over the entire coffee grounds. (Non-removable) ＊ V60 Cone-Shaped Dripper The cone shape creates a thicker layer of coffee, and the water flows towards the center, allowing the water to stay in contact with the coffee grounds longer, thoroughly extracting the components. The large single hole allows the tip of the paper filter to extend, enabling extraction similar to nel drip without being restricted by the dripper. During steaming, the spiral ribs prevent the paper from sticking to the dripper, allowing air to escape and the coffee grounds to expand properly.
