This is a top and bottom set. The top is labeled as size 110, but it feels a bit small, so I think it's closer to a size 100. Also, it's made overseas, so there may be some imperfections in the stitching. Pants are size 100. They have a floral pattern and ribbons at the ankles, which is cute.
