This is a Seibu Railway limited edition Plarail 30000 series "Smile Train". The operation has been confirmed. It was able to climb a slope with three cars connected. The stickers are peeling, but they haven't come off, so if you reapply them, it should be in perfect condition. This item has been played with by a child, so there are scratches and dirt.
