I was told it was manufactured with Shinpo products as a reference. Although it's a rough measurement, it's 2mm thick and I think it's high quality. Each one weighs 500g and is sturdy. Good value for money. My personal opinion: Disposable nets feel cheap. I get the impression that high-end restaurants don't use disposable nets very often. The way the meat cooks is completely different. It's well-regarded at my acquaintance's yakiniku restaurant. It has heat conductivity, safety, and durability that disposable nets don't have.
