Made in 1992. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's character "Minna no Tabo." They are no longer in production and are likely difficult to find in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored with other pencils in a clear case. Due to poor storage conditions, there is some discoloration, staining, and uneven coloring.
