I'm selling this because my child outgrew it without wearing it. The tag has been cut off, but I've left the threads where the tag was attached on the back. The fabric has a slightly fuzzy, smooth feel and isn't stiff. The waistband is elastic. It has horizontal stretch. Inseam: 48 cm I'm decluttering due to a move, so I'll delete the listing if it doesn't sell this month.
