This is a Motorola moto g32 smartphone. I purchased it new about a year ago. The reason for the issue is that when charging, it frequently vibrates and wakes up from sleep when it reaches around 92%. (The same behavior as when the battery is 100% charged) Other than that, there are no functional problems, the battery life is good, and it can be charged to the maximum, so I think it can still be used for a long time.
