This is an air cushion for breastfeeding. It comes with a set of 2 covers so it's okay if it gets dirty from spit-up. I'm finished breastfeeding and no longer use it, so I hope it can be useful for the next person! I'm sorry the wrinkles are noticeable in the photos because the air is deflated. I used it for about 10 months. I'm judging as a layman, but I don't think there are any stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will fold it up small when shipping.
