This is a stretchy waist pouch. It was given to me at the Kasumigaura Marathon. I've used it 2-3 times. The strap is about 80cm at its shortest, so it can be adjusted, such as by sewing it shorter, and should be usable for women. It's big enough to hold a cell phone. It has been stored at home, so please understand this before purchasing.
