This is an N-3B military jacket made by SPIEWAK. Purchased around 2000 at a vintage select shop in Shibuya. As it was already being sold as a vintage item at the time of purchase, the manufacturing year is estimated to be from the early 80s to the early 90s. (I am an amateur. It was in this condition from the time of purchase as a vintage item.
