I used this during the Sanrio boom when I was in kindergarten. It has sparkly stones and is very cute. There is some deterioration on the stone in the middle. (← You can only see it if you look closely) I think it's clean, but it's a used item. I will sell it to someone who understands this. It has been home-cleaned, so you can use it right away. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
