I originally bought this as kitchen shears, but I, the seller, also use it as an all-purpose, rough-work scissor. It's not suitable for delicate tasks, but it's quite capable. The serrated blade is great. I use four at home, but I had one extra, so I'm selling the unused one. I've taken it out of the plastic for inspection, so I'm rating its condition as "Like New." I will ship it using my own packaging method. During inspection, there are minor scratches that were present from the time of purchase, but I don't think they're noticeable. This is a new, unused purchase.
