For sale: Sylvanian Families "Sunny Breeze Home". This is a pre-owned item, but it is in very good condition, especially the roof and walls, which look almost untouched. Of course, being a pre-owned item, I've listed it as "no noticeable scratches or dirt." (It's in near-mint condition, as if it wasn't played with much.) The fences and ladder are included, but the string for the swing is missing. The Silk Cat girl is wearing an outfit that came with a gift set. I obtained the outfit at a different time than the house, but I've dressed her in it since it matches the house. The Silk Cat baby also came from a different set, but she will accompany the girl. If the Hilltop Terrace is pink & chocolate brown, the Sunny Breeze Home is light blue & caramel brown. I believe it's from the mid-Heisei period, but it goes well with the colors of current furniture, so I recommend it.
