I've created chic thread spools inspired by French antique haberdashery. These are matte charcoal black wooden spools. The thread spools are new, but I've printed and applied vintage-style labels reminiscent of antique French DMC spools to give them an authentic feel. Black spools are an unusual color, and they look great when wound with lace or embroidery thread, as shown in the reference photos.
