This item was read at the time and then stored away. The cover and the following page are quite torn. The back cover has some peeling. I've only flipped through the pages, but I don't see any noticeable stains. (Please note that I haven't checked every page in detail.) Please purchase only if you are satisfied with the above description and the photos. I will take waterproof measures for shipping.
