This is a silk dress from Pas de Calais. The floral embroidery on the chest is lovely, and the feel of the fabric is also GOOD. The lining is on the front, but not the back, so you may need a petticoat when wearing the dress alone. (Pairing it with pants is cute without being too sweet.) You can also tie a ribbon at the waist, which I will send along with the dress. The frayed hem is part of the original design and is not a defect. Please refrain from returns due to "a different image" etc. If you have any concerns, please let me know in the comments before purchasing.
