By placing polyester twisted into a string called X-PLY in a bias (diagonal to the fabric) direction on the back of 1000 denier CORDURA nylon, the elongation in the diagonal direction, which is a weakness of woven fabrics, is suppressed. Furthermore, by laminating (pressure bonding) a very thin PET film of polyester material using a patented manufacturing method, the fabric's weave is sealed, preventing the entry of water such as rain and sweat. This material combines strength, lightness, and water resistance. The gusset uses fabric without X-PLY of X-C1000 to make the shape of the bag itself look beautiful.
