I purchased this at either IKEA or Flying Tiger. It is a lightweight and portable silicone water bottle. I used it for about one season and then stored it. It was very useful because I could fill it up, freeze it, and then fold it up to carry home. While frozen, it provided a cooling sensation, and I could hold it to cool myself down. With some ingenuity, you might even be able to freeze it in a shape that conforms to your neck. Of course, it can also be used for hot beverages.
