It is a historic shrine said to have been founded in 406. The main shrine building of Namba Shrine was completely destroyed by an air raid during the war, but the sacred tree (over 400 years old) survived, and it is cherished by locals as a "power spot" (it is the first preserved tree in Osaka City). This is a very cute goshuin stamped with the shrine's sacred crest, the iris flower. It is a shrine greatly loved by locals for improving career luck.
