This appears to be a Charizard promotional card from a soundtrack CD (see * for my interpretation). I obtained and stored it about 20 years ago, never intending to sell it at the time. As a result, there are a few areas of concern (see photos). *I listed this without knowing its value, but after some comments, I researched it. It seems there are two versions of this card design: one is the "Trade Please" version, and the other is a promotional card from the 1998 CD "Pokemon Card ★ Anime Song Collection." This item may be the latter, a promotional card from a soundtrack. The "Trade Please" version seems to have an icon in the star mark in the lower right corner. (I was pointed this out in a comment, and after researching, there was an icon different from the ★ mark). The soundtrack CD promo version, however, just has a ★. This is also reflected in PSA grading; searching for "Trade Please 20th" confirms this. Therefore, the "CD PROMO" designation likely refers to the soundtrack promotion, which is my personal opinion. Again, this is just my personal opinion, and I will not accept any opinions or comments on this matter. I will ignore any comments about this. For now, since it's uncertain, I will not submit this item for PSA grading and will sell it as a "Soundtrack CD Promo Version, Old Back Charizard Card." *I will not accept any price negotiations for this item.
