I loved the frill in the center and bought this thinking I could use it as a light jacket, but it's been sitting in my closet. I bought it in Hawaii. It's long-sleeved, but you can roll up the sleeves to make them short-sleeved (see the second photo). Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored in a closet.
