This is a bottom hanger rack that I assembled and stored in my parents' closet. I believe I purchased it almost 20 years ago. There are some black scuff marks on the white hangers and deterioration on the stainless steel bars due to use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is not new. It will be disassembled for shipping. Assembly is easy with a standard-sized hex wrench. One will be included. There are 8 screws. The casters have stoppers on the two handle-side casters, and the handle can be removed for storage if it gets in the way (the holes in the bar will be visible). Sizes are approximate in centimeters. Height: 70.3 Width: 71.5 (61 without the handle) Depth: 41 (including the width of the hanger hooks) The width of the hanger itself is 36 cm.
