I purchased this at a store and wore it twice for a wedding ceremony and reception. After that, I kept it in a closet with a cover, so it's in beautiful condition. The buttons on the shoulders can be removed, so it seems you can also wear it off-the-shoulder (I only noticed this during the photoshoot, so I've never worn it off-the-shoulder...). It's simple, but the pleats on the side are a nice accent. It comes with a ribbon to tie at the waist (180cm long, 7cm wide), but you could also pair it with a belt, such as a elastic belt. It's a vibrant, deep blue, so I think it would look great on someone with a cool undertone.
