Orange Package: Set of strings with a steel core wrapped in aluminum. E string: 0.26, 8kg A string: 0.47, 5.5kg D string: 0.79, 5kg G string: 0.89, 4.8kg Black Package: Strings with a steel core wrapped in flat nickel wire. These strings have a very smooth feel compared to regular round wound strings. Each string has a precise aluminum or nickel flat wire wound on a synthetic core (*Perlon). The harmonic arrangement of overtones achieves a very high sound quality. It produces a clear and pure sound, rich in overtones, with a resonance similar to gut strings, and responds easily to light pressure. Syntha-core strings are durable and resistant to humidity.
