This is Professor Masahide Maeda's "A Study of Punishable Illegality" (University of Tokyo Press, August 10, 2000, 2nd printing, price: 7600 yen). I purchased it directly from the University of Tokyo Press. After reading it once, I stored it at home for a long time. There are a few small spots on the top edge of the book (photo 3), dirt and a bump mark on the spine of the slipcase (photo 7), and a few small black stains on the back of the slipcase (photo 8). In addition, there is some minor soiling in several places on the slipcase. The main body of the book has no yellowing or stains, and there are no signs of it being opened, but if you are looking for an item in like-new condition, please refrain from purchasing.
