If force is applied from an angle, or if you pull on the parts to remove them, they will break even if they are genuine.
When removing, push up the base from the inside of the sandal. When attaching, do not force it in, but attach it slowly.
Please be very careful with the amount of force you use when attaching them.
I also always attach and detach them here, and I confirm that they do not come off even if I pull on them before shipping.
Cancellations are not possible if they are broken during attachment by the customer.
