This is a baby hat from Petit Bateau. It's very cute, and I bought it, but my child outgrew it without wearing it much. The size is indicated as 47/49. I bought it when my child was around 1 year old, and I think they wore it then. It's made of soft 100% cotton fabric with a very cute pattern. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item worn by a child before purchasing.
