This is a set of three jars of precious, home-harvested Japanese honey (pure, unheated wildflower honey), totaling 420g (3 jars of 140g each). On August 9th, 2024, I noticed that the Japanese honeybees I keep for my hobby of beekeeping had absconded. Fortunately, it hadn't been long since they left, and the inside of the hive was in fresh condition. I began harvesting the honey that same day and bottled it on August 11th. The sugar content was 79.6-80.6 degrees. In the photo of the first honeycomb, you can see white crystals. This indicates that some honeycombs had a high sugar content. The expiration date is set for two years (July 2026, as stated on the label). The label also clearly states the "producer/seller" information. An email address is also provided as a contact. Although I am a hobby beekeeper, I have registered my business under the revised Food Sanitation Act (registered with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).
