This is a sacoche bag from Rapha, a British cycling apparel maker. I bought it a while ago, but I never used it and it's been in storage. It still has the original bag and tags from when I purchased it. The size is 38cm wide and 27.5cm high. It has a zippered pocket inside, which is useful for storing valuables.
