I used this last year at Ghibli Park during Halloween. It was super cute! I purchased these from SHEIN and online, so the brands are mixed. I think it's a perfect fit for a child around 100cm tall. The hem of the dress was long, so I altered it myself. The polo shirt is size 130cm and the sleeves are a bit long. There's a little bit of dirt on the collar. It might come out with bleach. The hat is a straw hat I already had, with the dress fabric sewn onto it. I bought the yellow pouch, which is handmade.
