Fukiagehama is located on the west coast of the Satsuma Peninsula in Kagoshima Prefecture, facing the East China Sea, and is Japan's longest sand dune, stretching approximately 47km north to south. The driftwood has been processed by brush cleaning → 2 weeks of baking soda tannin removal → submersion in fresh water → 1 week of sun drying. We are careful in our work, but there may be sand and dirt that cannot be completely removed from the driftwood. Also, as these are natural items, there may be cracks, scratches, and splits.
